FAQ

What does my order include ?

As standard, your sign comes with a 12V plug, the chosen mounting kit, and a remote control to operate the neon sign remotely. Other accessories can be added, such as a dimmer switch.

Where is my order designed, manufactured, and shipped from?

Your project is created in our Bordeaux offices. Our agents are available to assist you throughout the process. Depending on your delivery location, your sign will be manufactured and shipped from one of our four partner factories around the world in order to limit CO2 emissions. 

What is your return policy?

We create each order according to your design, which means we do not accept returns for customized orders. Your sign is guaranteed for 2 years. If there is a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced free of charge. 

What is the size of the power cable?

3.5 m in total for the standard size. 2 m of transparent cable from the neon light, then 1.5 m of black cable to the plug. This second cable is available in several sizes.

What is your warranty policy?

All neon lights come with a standard 2-year warranty, with the option to extend the warranty up to 5 years.

What are your neon sign made of?

Our neon signs are manufactured using Lumiled™ technology, which produces vibrant light, day and night! It allows your sign to last up to twice as long as traditional LED neon signs. The main structure is made of Plexiglas and the LED neon tubes are made of silicone.
