Once your sign is in transit, our team will send you the tracking number so you can track the delivery.

Depending on your country, customs fees may be applied.

All our shipments are insured for transport. If there is a problem, they will be replaced free of charge. 

We use an external transport service. Sometimes delays beyond our control may occur. We cannot guarantee delivery times.  

Returns/cancellation

For fully custom pieces, we unfortunately cannot accept cancellations or returns after payment due to change of mind, as all pieces are unique and made to order. All sales are final once placed on the site. If your part is defective or has an error, we can of course accept a return or replacement for you.

In the very unlikely event that your part arrives broken or defective, you have 7 days from the day of delivery with tracking to let us know by email at contact@neon-supernova.com. and we will deliver a replacement product to you free of charge.

We offer a 2 year warranty on all parts, so if your part breaks or stops working in any way during this time, let us know and we will replace it for free! :)

Please note that we do not provide prepaid return shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

THE NEONS

Are LED illuminated signs prone to breakage? What are they made of?

Providing the highest quality products is Supernova's motto. We use silicone tubes which allow your neon lights to keep their new appearance for more than 50,000 hours of use. Most signs come with a high quality acrylic backing.

Our illuminated signs produce relatively no heat, are unbreakable, energy efficient and less expensive than traditional glass tube neon lights, and are much more durable than traditional neon signs. traditional neon lights.

Can we use LED neon signs outdoors?

Yes, we can produce waterproof versions for outdoor events and permanent outdoor installations. Please specify your application when submitting your custom order request or choose it directly from our custom sign product page.

How long do LED illuminated signs last?

The lifespan of the LED light is a minimum of 30,000 hours.  This is equivalent to 10 years if you turn on the neon sign for 10 hours a day. This lifespan is approximately 3 times longer than that of traditional gas illuminated signs. Normally if there is a problem it is the transformer that fails, but these are replaceable items and we can provide replacements if required outside of the warranty period.

Does this require maintenance?

No not at all. LEDs are environmentally friendly and require no maintenance.

INSTALLATION :

How long is the power cord?

The neon sign cord is 1.8 meters long and has a clear coating. The power adapter has an additional 1.2 meter black or white cord. Another 1 meter black or white cord connects the adapter to your outlet. In total, there are 3 meters between the illuminated sign and your electrical outlet.

Are LED illuminated signs safe?

Our LED light signs are only 12V and therefore operate at a much safer voltage than traditional neon lights. Due to its low output voltage, no heat will be generated on the outer surface even after long hours of operation.

Will my neon sign require specialist installation?

LED illuminated signs do not require any installation assistance. All illuminated signs are supplied with pre-drilled holes and screws for easy installation. The majority of neon signs we supply are for internal use and are mounted on an acrylic panel. The sign simply needs to be fixed to the wall, or hung from a chain which we can supply as an optional accessory. Neon signs intended for permanent outdoor use and some large indoor neon signs require specialized installation.

What does the warranty cover?

We offer a2 yearwarranty on the materials and workmanship of all our illuminated signs. However, this warranty does not extend to damage that may occur as a result of improper installation or physical damage during use. If your sign arrives damaged or stops working, we will send you a new one for free!

What is the delivery time for orders?

All orders are handcrafted in our own international production facility, with the utmost care and attention to detail.

All neon lights take approximately 7 business days to be created, tested and shipped.

Please let us know if you need your item by a specific date and we will do our best to accommodate you.
